If you’ve ever felt that the parts of your life that seem to be “working” are also taking a quiet toll affecting your sleep, your sense of ease, or your connection to yourself you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with appear successful and capable on the outside, yet carry a deep sense of exhaustion and emotional strain beneath the surface.
Who this is for:
I work with adults in India navigating:
- Anxiety and high-functioning anxiety
- Burnout and chronic stress
- Perfectionism and the inner critic
- Low mood and persistent dissatisfaction
- Difficulty resting, switching off, or being alone with yourself
- Life transitions — career, relationships, identity
- Self-esteem, people-pleasing, and patterns of overgiving
- Childhood patterns showing up in adult life
I am not the right fit for clients who require psychiatric assessment or medication management. If that is what you are looking for, I will happily refer you to someone better placed to help.
How I work
Sessions are 50 minutes, typically weekly to start, then adjusted based on what you need. The first session is a longer intake conversation a chance for us both to understand what brings you here and whether we’re a good fit.
My approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based psychology. I draw from approaches that work with the mind and the nervous system together because anxiety is rarely just a thinking problem, and lasting change rarely comes from cognitive reframing alone.
I work in English, Hindi and Marathi.
