Workshops that reduce burnout and improve retention
Most workplace wellbeing sessions tell people to breathe deeply and manage their time better. They rarely explain why a team is exhausted in the first place, or give people language for what is actually happening in their nervous systems, their boundaries, or their working patterns.
I design and facilitate workshops that do the second thing. Grounded in applied psychology and built from real frontline clinical experience — not generic wellness content — for EAPs, Global Capability Centres, and corporate teams across India.
Who I work with
I partner with EAP providers, GCC L&D and HR teams, and organizations who want workplace wellbeing content that is psychologically credible, not performative. Sessions are delivered in English, Hindi, or Marathi, depending on your team.
Flagship workshop:
The Nervous System at Work An exploration of burnout, nervous system regulation, and high-functioning anxiety — built for teams who look fine on paper and are quietly running on empty. Participants leave with a working understanding of their own stress patterns and practical regulation tools they can use the same day.
Other facilitation areas:
- Workplace stress and burnout prevention
- Emotional regulation and resilience
- Professional boundaries and sustainable working
- Difficult conversations and de-escalation
- Manager mental health awareness
- Psychological safety and team wellbeing
- Behaviour change and employee development.
Why this is different:
I spent years in frontline UK mental health services — recovery work, supported housing, complex needs, crisis and risk assessment — before bringing that experience into corporate L&D. That background means the psychology in these sessions is real, not repackaged from a slide template. I translate clinical concepts into language a non-clinical team can actually use.
